- EDC PRESENTATION With this center, the European Commission intended to avail itself of the experience of the European College to expand the diffusion of its instructions in the sectors in which European legislation has found application. The spread of information is, indeed, the first and most effective instrument for bringing the citizens closer to the European Union. The Center facilitates the promotion of study and research on themes of community interest and guarantees readily accessible information designed for the needs of the users.
