THE EUROPEAN COLLEGE OF PARMA
The European College of Parma
is a higher education institution which provides academic training
for young European graduates in the field of European Union
law, economics and politics.
The educational programme offered by the European College of
Parma is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary academic curriculum
covering the whole process of European integration.
The training provided by the European College is geared to
preparing students for careers in EU, national and local institutions,
professional associations, the corporate world and private practice.
One of the College’s objectives is to develop professional
skills in the management of EU policies devolved to regional
and local Governments.
The Advanced Diploma in European
Studies (ADES) has been welcomed by EU institutions,
which endorse its aim of promoting greater understanding of
the European Union among young people. To that end, our academic
staff include senior EU officials, university professors and
experts in EU issues.
The first Advanced Diploma in European Studies (ADES) course
was officially inaugurated by Professor Romano Prodi, President
of the European Commission, on 27 September 2003.
